Below we have listed some frequently asked questions. Please reach out to us if you have a question that is not listed below, and we will do our best to find you direction.
Q: Do I need a license to drive
watercraft
at the lake?
A: Missouri requires a Boater Education Card for boaters, and not a boating license. The regulatory authority for the card is the Missouri State Water Patrol. The card is mandatory for all boat operators (non-residents as well) born after January 1, 1984 to operate on Missouri waters.
If you were born before January 1, 1984 a Boater Education Card is not required. Please follow this link for more details.
Q: Is a fishing license required? If so,
where do I get one?
A: Yes, please follow this
link for details.
Q: If I bring my boat, trailer, RV, etc. where
do I park them during my stay?
A: Unfortunately, there is no trailer or RV parking at the condo
complex. It will be necessary to find somewhere else to store the
trailer or RV during your stay. If you will require a boat slip
rental, please call us as we may have one available (12x28 at
$25/day)
Q: Where can I find a public boat ramp
and park my trailer?
There a various public boat ramps, some are free and others charge a
small fee. Follow this
link
to see a map of public ramps. The closest to our condo is #5, there
is a $5 self pay fee for the drop. The ramp is run by the State Park
(573-348-2694). You can leave your boat trailer at the top of the
hill for a few days. Remember to lock your trailer if not hooked to
a vehicle. In addition, many private boat ramps will allow access
for a fee. That fee may vary based on location and who manages it.

enough?
A: Each condo unit is supplied with two parking passes which you
will have access to. Any additional autos will need to be parked
elsewhere during your stay.
