There is a 3 night minimum during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and 2 night minimum during non-peak season.

Terms and Conditions

• This is a family owned business, please provide us any feedback that can help improve your next stay anytime.
• Some condo amenities may change as we are always looking to improve the property. If you have specific questions regarding photos or amenities, please contact us.
• By booking with us, you agree the individual booking and paying for the stay is the same person that will be using the property and assumes all responsibility for damages or liabilities of friends, family and other guests.
• Subleasing is not allowed without our express written approval.
• 50% payment is due at time of booking, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in. If booking is less than 30 days of your check-in date, 100% is due at time of booking.
• Cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation at anytime. All payments are non-refundable once made.
• A non-refundable one time charge per stay of $125 will be applied towards cleaning services.
• Refundable deposit of $225 will be placed on hold with your credit card on file and will be released for full or partial reimbursement within 7 days after your stay. Any deductions from your deposit, charges in excess of your deposit, or damages realized after initial reimbursement of your deposit, will be charged immediately and you will receive an itemized receipt of those charges promptly.
• Check in time is 4pm or later on start date. Check out time is 11am on last day of stay.
• Pool is open from 8:00am-11:00pm (seasonal). The Clubhouse closes at midnight.
• No Pets
• Smoking allowed on screened deck only. Please be respectful and ensure sliding doors are closed.
• Night patrol personnel are contracted by the Association.
• Do not leave personal effects on common elements, entry stairs, landings or outside condo door.
• Trash must fit in a plastic bag and disposed of in provided dumpster outside of unit. Large items will result in a fine.
• No gasoline containers, cans, or equipment can be stored on decks, inside units, or on walkways.
• No glass or other breakables are allowed in either swimming pool area.
• Fireworks and/or firearms are not allowed in the complex.
• Do not throw landscape rocks or beach gravel.
• It is the responsibility of each renter to tidy up after themselves when using the condo, club house, or pools.
• 2 Yellow hanging parking permits will be available for your use and must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. Unreturned permits will result in a $150 fine (actual cost). Violators will be towed.
• Parking permitted in striped parking spaces only.
• Quiet hours are from 11:00pm - 8:00am, please be considerate of neighbors.
• Guests with boats may tie up at the end of the dock (but not overnight without a reserved dock). Please call to reserve your boat slip today.
